Thank you for being interested in the STEM Advancement Program! To be successful in completing this application, read everything below before filling anything out and submit before the application deadline. DEADLINE - February 29, 2016!
Instructions
- Read the project descriptions then select your top research project and three alternatives.
- Draft and edit your responses to the Essay Questions in Word first then copy and paste into this form.
- Find at least one faculty member who is willing to be contacted by us and provide you with a reference, take down their phone number(s) and email address(es) to include in this form.
- Fill out the form below.
- Review your application thoroughly before hitting the submit button, your application can only be submitted once.
- Submit your application.
- Email unofficial transcripts from all the schools you have attended after High School to crchee@epscor.unm.edu with the email subject line of "STEMAP 2016 - Transcript for [Your First & Last Name]".
We will send you a confirmation email and contact your reference after your application is submitted.
