Explora Adult Night: The Science of Food

Adult Night debuted at Explora in November 2004, and has grown into an evening popular with college students, young professionals, parents and grandparents on their night off from the kids, meet-up and singles groups, folks on date night, active retirement groups, and more.

Each Adult Night at Explora features a special theme with related activities, ranging from theater performances to hands-on experiments with surprising materials. Adults can experiment with new activities, explore exhibits, enjoy live entertainment and light refreshments, view the night sky with local astronomers from The Albuquerque Astronomy Society, and meet members of the High Desert Amateur (HAM) Radio Club of New Mexico.
