Dr. Jennifer Raymond, Associate Professor of Neurobiology and Associate Dean of the Office of Diversity and Leadership at Stanford University's School of Medicine, will discuss the neuroscience underlying unconscious bias, how and why such biases are formed, how they affect your behavior and what can you can do to counter them.
